Getting started
Your account & roles
Signing up is free, and browsing costs nothing. Your account carries one role:
- Performer - the default. Build an EPK, browse the board, and submit tapes.
- Caster - post casting calls for review and set decisions on the tapes you receive.
- Coach - offer critique and classes.
A profile, your public EPK, every verified call with its full breakdown, direct messages, and the written prep material are all free. You only pay when you send a tape.

- Build your electronic press kit from Settings → Profile: headshot, display name, city, crafts, union status, and your reel.
- Your EPK has a public address at
/u/your-handlethat you can share anywhere. - You can link a Wavabout account so your work carries across both sites.
Find work
The board - finding calls
- The board at /calls shows only calls that have cleared human review - a named casting agent with credits, a real production entity, stated pay, dates, and union status.
- Filter by craft, search by role, production or city, and switch between grid and list.
- Open any call for its full breakdown before you decide to submit.
The core action
Submitting a tape
Browse filtered calls, upload your self-tape.
Every submission gets a decision: booked, callback, or pass.
Booking details land in your dashboard.
Upload your self-tape straight to the call. Casting decisions are based on fit for the project, never on how much you have spent - there is no pay-to-rank.
Costs
What you pay for
One credit, one role, anywhere on the board. Credits never expire.
Every role on one production for 365 days, including roles added later - plus director critique and every class.
Our team places you in a production. Needs at least one submission on your account first.
Nothing renews. There is no subscription and no card kept on file. We are a talent listing service, not an agency, so we don't take commission on your bookings.

Decisions & your dashboard
- Every submission is guaranteed a decision - booked, callback, or pass - often with a note from casting.
- Track status and read notes on your dashboard. Booking details appear there when you are booked.
Talk
Messaging
- Direct-message any member from Messages - free, no submission required.
- You can choose to be emailed when a new message arrives, in Settings.
Get better
Critique & classes
- Classes live in Learn: courses and certifications made up of video, audio, text, and pdf lessons, with your progress tracked.
- A production pass unlocks director critique on your tapes and every class at no extra cost while it is active.
- Free written prep is always available: the Awwdition Prep Quick Sheet and the Cover Guide.
Your account, safe
Security & settings
- From Settings you can change your email, with a confirmation step, and manage notifications.
- Turn on two-factor authentication for an extra lock on sign-in.
- You can sign up or sign in with Google.
